You're welcome, DIY Ferrule Repair on Amazon.

You can also make a custom grip out of hot glue and old rags. I should post a video.

I have used hot melt glue to reduce the pocket opening on my Diamond Pro. As silly as it sounds my pockets are just over 2.250 and plays fantastic. I also have melted two pounds of glue into each of my drop pockets so I don't need to reach my hand in as far to get the balls out, don't try this with ball return systems:o

This guy knows his chit. I did this conversion.... I used the Slip On and Hot Glue technique on my new REVO. It is a player. $.10 for the slip on. $15 for the glue gun. Oh baby

Apparently I just need some new scissors to setup at the next tournament.

I love how you take the scissors and make a precision cut at the bottom of the ferrule so it "seats" nicely.

Did you notice, music by Jason Shaw. Can't go wrong!!!

Lol. That guys everywhere...

I think Predator is coming out with new tip kit. Includes 2 slip on's, glue gun & scissors.

Something interesting in the comments...we'll see who finds it first.

Holy shit! good catch. How timely. Man, I am bored at the folks house for xmas.

I have a Pechauer with a cracked ferrule. I'm in the southeast. /// If you can keep yourself from giggling at this video long enough..... Can anyone tell me who's the best cue-repairman in this part of the country????

I also want the same cue de-weighted and leather-wrapped.
