This info was buried in the baby shower thread and I think it deserve's its own thread. I'm sure there's some guys here that would like to send their congrats but at the same time wouldn't know because they might not be keeping up with the shower thread.

Zims, congrats to you and your wife. I'm so glad everyone is healthy & doing well. Please continue to keep us posted. :)

UPDATE: JANUARY 20, 2007; 2:35AM

The Twins arrived January 19, 2007! Arianna came at 11:02am, 4lbs-12.2oz, 17.5" long and Evita came at 11:04am, 4lbs 12.9oz, 17".

As of this email, the twins are doing well, breathing on their own, no IV's, are able to maintain a steady body temperature, but will be in NEO Unit for observation for about a day, Monday morning at the latest. Eva is doing fine, and getting plenty of sleep.

This timing came very unexpected, but we're glad the twins are here and doing well. More info and photos to come!

(Linda-I'm sure they'll grow into everything eventually, haha!)
They're so precious! You'll have to give us updated pics when you get them home... I want to see them with their eyes open. ;)

They are just precious and adorable. Life will never be the same!

I have a picture that says something like, "The decision to have a child means that your heart will always be carried in another's body."

Enjoy your daughters, papa. :)

Congrats ....

You will many adventures and much joy in store for you. Even as they grow up, at some point you don't worry near as much about sons, but you always worry about your daughters .... LOL

Thanks to all for the kind words and wishes! I didn't make a new post, because I didn't want to take up another thread...Thanks for starting this one! I'll keep things updated on this thread from now on.

The boys and I just got home (7:30pm) from spending the day at the hospital. The twins are doing fine, just need a little assistance with their feeding, but everything else is great. Eva (Mami) is recovering very, very well, even better than the moms that delivered naturally the same day. She is scheduled to be released from the hospital on Tuesday.

Keep an eye on www.zimsrack.com for updated photos. There's no need to take up AZB's space, plus my site will get additional hits, haha!! Always an angle in the business world, haha!!

I had a few PM's asking where to send cards/gifts. It's not necessary, but really appreciated.

UPDATE: February 1, 2007

The Twins are still in the hospital! They are doing really well, they just don't eat all of their meals thru a bottle, they have to be fed thru the feeding tube once in a while. Once they can eat from the bottle (without the feeding tube) for 48 hours, then they can come home!

We would like to thank Roddy Chim for the blanket that he sent us. It is much appreciated. Thanks Roddy!
