Jump Bridges?

Yeah I know. Doesn't excuse the dum rule. Have you tried it? Those narrow slots could bind, The small ones on the moose will if you aren't perpendicular.

If you read my first post you'll see that I've actually used the ez jumper to teach people how to jump if they're struggling to get the elevation necessary with their own bridge hand.

No binding at all on that one.

Why is it a silly rule? The rule is consistent in that it follows the other rules that don't allow any piece of equipment (a regular bridge for instance) to support or elevate your bridge hand.

In the 2021 post, justnum posted the following and he got many negative responses. One fellow asked justnum how he handled the responses, and Icon of Sin explained how justnum may do that (copied below). It looks like justnum may have posted to get responses, any kind of responses.

Icon of Sin responded to post about how justnum took the negative responses:
Forgot I wrote that.

I feel like whatever Justnum was experiencing is partially due to the nature of the connected world we live in these days. You see it constantly on social media, especially tiktok/instagram reels. People just seeking that quick attention and validation and in some cases that old adage of "bad press is good press".

There is a guy on Instagram right now that is the perfect example of this. Goes by Kenleeefastman (https://www.instagram.com/kenleefastestman/). His schtick is that he is/thinks he is super fast. Every video is him knocking over lighters or clothes pins... or grabbing something off a table really fast. Some videos shows him shadowboxing throwing kicks and punches. While fast, you can see by his technique, well, that there is no technique. Just doing something fast and thinking he is great for it. Seeking validation from people who don't know any better and either ignoring or "liking" the negative comments or criticisms.

That's just one example outside of AZ.

Ronnie O'Sullivan does a jump shot - in a snooker match.

FOUL!
In snooker an intentional jump is not allowed. It's up to the referee to determine if it was intentional. Accidentally leaving the bed is not called foul.
The ref called it a foul - like Ronnie knew she would. Frame was long since won. He just did it for the fun of it. Great stuff.
