I'm just going to go out on a limb here and say that it's very reasonable for him not to want to play near the Philippines

lol cultural bias is as about as diplomatic as you can say it!Maybe cultural bias - another rarity in pool.
That’s not at all what I’m implying. I just think it looks dumb or should I say not professional when you’re calling out all the players from one country when by the looks of things the wax gate stuff has been going on for a long time. By the looks of all the videos coming out many players have been doing it. It looks like sour grapes to me.Yea I find it weird too which makes me believe that the cheating is coming out of the Philippines. Or there was some truth to the cheating than just losing to a Filipino player.
There was chat that waxing a cue ball is a cultural thing.

Read my whole post…Dude is a world champion. I'm not so sure he buys into Filipino dominance.
Dude is a world champion. I'm not so sure he buys into Filipino dominance.Interesting how Kaçi only called out the Filipinos and not the top players in the world. You don’t have to like getting beat, but singling out a nationality makes it look like some sort of personal thing. I don’t read confidence, I read frustration. He lost to one Filipino and now he wants to flex on all of them? Sounds like he’s trying to erase the sting and Filipino dominance lives rent free in his head.
Ok. Never went up there except to catch or leave a plane anyway. There were bad neighborhood for strangers up that way.I'm pretty sure it was on El Segundo in the town of Hawthorne. Jay Helfert would know better than my threadbare memory - I think he lived near there at the time.

Thx for your reply, I had to let it go because he was making a big deal about it.In the old days, sending an object ball onto the floor was not a foul. It has been a foul by the standard rules of pool since about 1990.
A ball that goes onto the floor for whatever reason is not considered pocketed, normally. In very recent times, some organizers have forbidden sending a ball that is hung in your opponent's pocket off the table to avoid it being pocketed. That depends on the organizer. A ball that you clear from the opponent's pocket by driving it off the table might be considered pocketed. Ask before the shot.
Your opponent was making a pretty nasty move, maybe. It's possible he is just ignorant. I guess you have to have a rules discussion with him.
This is a skill set anybody on the big tours can deal with. Not just the CB but whole sets, plus climate, climate control, etc...Your point is well taken but that would imply that the ''waxer'' is practising with the tampered cueball, plus since he could not do that in every match, would have to dial in on two cueballs...
