Predator Willie Hoppe

The eBay ad says the cue ships from Schenectady NY. Ad says nothing about refinish. Seller has 0 Feedback. New member posts link to Facebook, not the eBay sale. And the New Member is crass that someone advises caution, making big claims like the biggest pair in the room.

There is a forum on AZB to post eBay sales. It isn't posted there. I was personally watching that eBay sale. Now I am not. I won't go to Facebook because of how polluted it is. This is AZB. Read the rules. Join the community. Earn a reputation here.

OP- Good luck with your search.

The cue i posted pictures of, is not listed for sale yet. As it still sits at Scott Erwins shop in Sarah, MS.
I never post

I do have well above 25 references from the OBM buyer/seller transaction site and also well above 100 more at the Meucci site i'm a moderator of.
Highly respected for both my collection and the knowledge i do have about those cues.
This forum is for me, mostly used for getting info on whatever cues besides Meucci that i also buy and sell.
I'm a collector myself, based in Norway.
You will find my intro if you take a closer look...

Do not respect people that diss serious ppl they don't even bother doing a thurrow check on, just saying...

Table Difficulty Factor (TDF) for measuring table "toughness"

Not changing your playing style to match the table sounds like a good way to lose. But I don't play one-pocket.

Thank you kindly.
You change what shot is attempted, which is what I wrote. But once you decide to play a specific shot, you can't change the way it's hit (speed/spin/etc) because the pockets are tighter. You have to get the CB to the exact same place for the safety whether the pocket is 4" or 5". In one hole you need to control the speed of the CB and the OB on every shot. Unlike 9 ball.

What drills are best to get that smooth stroke like Buddy Hall , or Chris Melling?

I like your comment, and mine is work in progress. Also, play on 9 ft tables with tight pockets, this forces you to play a good stroke.
There have also been many down the years who say that a stroke should be developed on looser pockets and adapted to tighter pockets.

I only recommend trying to fix a broken stroke on tight pockets if you have visual feedback or on site coaching otherwise you will end up choking your stroke even more!
