Several vendors, but they all probably originate from only a few factories in China.
Having said that, the technology itself isn't as advanced as you might think and I'm sure there are companies in other parts of the world that can build CF tubes. The biggest cost is having the mandrel made, but if you want to stand out from the crowd, you can certainly have your own taper made with the wall thickness you prefer.
In my experience the key factor is the QC in the factory, so the tubes you get sent are as straight as humanly possible, so finding someone who will do that for you and be cool if you reject a blank is important.

My son and I were there for a few days. There was a player in the event that had the name Matlock on his jersey and he was a large man. Not the Dave Matlock that we all think of when it comes to pool.

I’ve always liked the styling of the Aramith Continentals too, sir. I think their limited edition 100th anniversary set is rather reminiscent of this earlier design.

Beautiful leather case from Chuck Fields. This was his personal case at one time, I was told, and has his name on the shoulder pad. At the time Chuck offered to make me a new shoulder pad but I kinda liked it as is so let it be.

Case has a red JB interior in excellent shape, I always clean my tips off before putting them away so very little to no bluing visible inside.

2 small pockets. Now, if you're thinking "gosh that's a beautiful case, if only it could hold a jump cue"....then I have an option for you! I have a green Jacoby jump cue that has an extra joint in the handle allowing it to be broken down into two pieces so it fits in either pocket. The mod to the jump cue was done by Jacoby and it includes a felt pouch for holding the handles to keep them from banging around (hand made by my mom).
