PBS St Louis 2026 (Men’s World 8 Ball Championship, Mixed Doubles, Women’s Open, Bank Pool), 1-8 April, Half Million Prize Fund

In this thread, the Predator St Louis event has been almost uniformly praised.

As for the stream, the camera angles on the stream were far from ideal and most of the commentary was second rate. Regardless, this was a fine event, with deep internationally diverse fields, and even if watched with the commentary muted, as I usually did, it offered great entertainment. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

For what it is worth, I'd have happily paid for the stream, but the price of the stream in no way impacts any assessment of it.

In short, you are right, this was a fine event that was well done.
And from what I understand they have already committed to two more years!

Brunswick cues? Dufferin?

Recently ordered a new Dufferin cue from a home furnishing website - they really do have just what I need!

Was a bit thrown off when it was advertised as Brunswick Dufferin. I did a couple of searches but couldn't find anything to suggest that there is any connection between Dufferin and Brunswick, but since it was considerably cheaper than any other place I could find, I figured I'd give it a try.

Listed as a "Wayfair-exclusive," it looks to be the Dufferin D-OE106

I was a bit shocked when the tracking info showed it was being shipped from Brunswick.

I was even more shocked when I went to the website and saw that Brunswick actually sells a few cues. I do have to admit I'm amazed at the naming convention - Brunswick Brown Cue and Brunswick Green Cue. :ROFLMAO:

Brunswick Green Cue

Any idea who makes the Brunswick cues?

Any idea who makes the Dufferin cues now? Are they still made in Canada or have they moved to China like many others? I don't see a country of origin sticker on the cue? Is the Dufferin of today anything like what they put out in the early 90s?
