This thread seems to really have gone off the rails a bit- I’ll give some personal insight into Anthony’s game as I personally witnessed and as I see it today. When I moved to Florida I played in some of the Sunshine state tour events in 2019 - Anthony was definitely one of the top guns in the state. Post covid I played monthly in Anthony’s tournaments at Beyond Billiards just north of Miami -I drew Anthony in several monthly matches - he had clearly progressed to # 1 in the state IMO. I have since moved back north - but watching Anthony this week - I see a guy, while still holding a full time job- who is now in the top , top tier of U.S players- to me, he is at or close to his prime , but only a high dose of international competition could now bring out his full potential - hard to do with a job - so high stakes matches with frequency may be the ticket to big money here if the challenges surface from all areas.
