Figured BEM handle, on a Players PureX pool cue. Real, or Fake / Decal / Graphic Overlay?

I know I am going way off topic, but here is one example of the highest priced Pechauer that is available on Pooldawg (a $1300 Pechauer), and they still could not use real Ebony in it. They call it "ebony-stained figured maple".

Oh, there are many more examples.

The MSRP for this sneaky sits around $410.00
Series: Pro H Signature Series. Forearm Having Joe Pechauer's Signature.
Forearm: Unstained Birdseye Maple With 4 Black Framed Black Stained Points.

Here is a real ebony cue from them: LINK

Classic Billiards - FL Open prep

Not a well-played match by either of them. 7 wins in a row by Duong after being behind 3-8. Then Filler won a couple to take it to hill/hill. In the final game, a slopped 7-ball on a low-percentage 1/9 combo miss by Duong led to a safety on the 4-ball. Filler kicked and hit it, but left it for Duong to run out.
That six riding down the rail was a pretty special shot in the runout.

Is the just me or is Tyler moving with more purpose at the table these days?

I have a Pechauer cue with simulated ebony, but it is just what they call the outline of the points. It’s not like they are staining “poplar”black and calling it “tulipwood”.
