I used to sell Meucci cues, but I stopped for the same reasons as stated by other posters in this thread. Somewhat in Meucci's defense, however, let me state that I can understand their predicament. They have a lot of stiff competition from importers of Chinese cues. The Chinese have steadily increased the quality of their cues (and all of their products, actually) to the point that it just doesn't make sense to buy an equivalent American made production cue, and spend three times as much for it.
I believe Meucci has been forced to cut everything from labor costs, to material costs; and thereby sacrifice quality and customer service, all in an effort to lower their wholesale and retail prices, and just try to remain in business.
I hope that one day things will turn around for Meucci and all other American manufacturers.
