Manwon, those are very nice pictures. I really enjoyed seeing them. You have some pool room there. It's absolutely beautiful! :)

Wish we had one like that in my neck of the woods!

Yep that's the place... First time I ever played 3-cushions and even scored a few in a row....

Thanks for the info! I always wondered why! :o

I love that pool room, especially Regina's meatballs. Yummy! :grin-square:

I especially enjoyed seeing your picture. My nephew just got back from a 15-month tour in Mosul. He's a combat engineer. Why he picked that specialty, I have no idea. Now he wants to work with bomb-sniffing dogs but says there's a waiting list. He re-enlisted for 4 more while he was on Mosul.

In your picture, what are those things hanging on the windows?

Bomb Sniffing Dogs sounds like EOD Its a good MOS everybody wonders why i picked infantry sometimes the job finds the person :)

That those things on the window is foil to keep the heat out even tho there is AC but when i go there tomm i will double check that sun is no joke i was enjoying my breakfast outside this morning around 730 am ad it was all ready 93 degree's out

Wynkoop Brewery, Denver, CO

The second floor is the home of Wynkoop Billiards, considered by many to be the city's most elegant pool hall. There are 22 pool tables, two private pool rooms, several dart lanes and a bar serving all of the same refreshing beers you'll find downstairs.

A friend in Istanbul's home table...if it were daytime, you'd see the bosphorus in the background. If only those waters could talk...the history of it all. Istanbul was a trading port before mankind could write.

Killer thread! Wonder if it should even be stickied?

Here are two pics from 36 Billlares, an awesome bar/club in Buenos Aires that has tables downstairs.

The pics on the site don't do it justice, I wish I'd gotten photos while I was there. Super oldschool feel and I met some friendly people too.

Check out the ball 'rental' box that holds the billiards balls. There's a funky mechanical device that measures your table time in units that don't correspond to any normal time measurement that I know of.

These two worked in their uncles pool hall and were caught working after midnight on a school night by an inspector and the uncle was cited.
