Here is a poster from 1874, this is a 25 percent representation of the actual size, I have this in a 4.4 MB file which is

Thank you. Did you know that was scanned by Thomas Edison? He stored the image on a platinum platter until technology caught up and was able to display the image.

I had no idea but that makes it even cooler, I can't believe how detailed it is.
 
bigshooter...Nice find, and thanks for sharing it here. Too bad it's carom/balkline billiards, and not pocket billiards...but it's a nice poster nonetheless!:thumbup:
