When you dream about pool...

What is it like? Realistic? Crazy? Do you play better than in real life or worse?

I've never had a normal dream about pool. In my dreams, I'm playing someplace weird like on a bed and I've got to tug at the comforter to make it lie flat. The balls are usually marbles or ping pong balls.

The closest I've come to reality is sometime last week I was actually playing on a real table, but the rail was missing on one side. :(

I think you are dreaming about a bed with pool balls on it... not pool at all. You will know when you start the pool dreams.

hint: When you dream about women, you wake with wood, pool you will have a closed bridge around the wood.

It's the same for me. The funny thing is that I'm very frustrated in those dreams, like I know that it's all messed up but I'm still trying to play well and win.

Once I was playing snooker on a huge table that ended up being in the middle of the street, at ground level and there was traffic flying by me and kids running across the table and traffic cones in the way of my shot... Ug.

Not sure of the meaning but I'm certain this dream has to something to do with wanting a pool table...........or sexual companionship.

This dream has something to do with falling or going over the edge. Possible issues with ageing or commitment. Or you just don't like the table you've been playing on.

Hmmmm.....my best suggestion buy a Gold Crown V.:D

I always dream about getting a Gold Crown!;)

This dream has something to do with falling or going over the edge. Possible issues with ageing or commitment. Hey, I'm not that old! :oOr you just don't like the table you've been playing on. Hmm...maybe...but I've played on some good tables over the years and have always had these dreams

Hmmmm.....my best suggestion buy a Gold Crown V. Well, I don't know if you're right or not, but sounds like good advice to me!

I think about it as i'm going to sleep, like replaying whole matches in my head and thinking of different ways i could have played something but once i fall asleep i actually don't remember anything, I can't remember the last time i actually dreamed of anything!

Yep, sounds like something out of my own head. Sorry. :(

Ahh I see. In that case the dreams are obvious. You are having AZB technical overload dreams.
The marbles represent Super Aramiths. The ping pong balls represent cheaper bouncy balls (like Vigma). The comforter smoothing regards tightness of cloth (probably Simonis 860) and the missing rail ties it all together; You want to get your table redone.

Or you want to get a Gold Crown V.:D

I often dream about being in a bathtub full of pool balls and my body is swishing around in the tub. All of the balls are newly polished and I roll around in the tub like one of the balls. What a feeling. :)

Tbeaux, last night I dreamed I was stuck in a room with no doors and no windows; the only thing in the room besides me was a tape measure. I felt trapped and afraid and started to scream. I could feel the scream in my throat but no sound came out. Eventually, I gave up and measured the room. It was 14'6" by 19'.

What do you suppose THAT means??

It means you are still trapped but easily distracted ;)

It means you will have 5" to stroke your imaginary shots off the rail.

I had a dream the other night that I walked into my local poolroom and there was a chorus of "The Bumble Bee Tuna Song" sang by all the gamblers in the room. Bum bum bumble bee, bumble bee tuna, I love bumble bee, bumble bee tuna. Johnnyt

pardon the interuption

Wow ain't dream analysis great.

Oh and Newstroke you probably just need one of those seat cushion things made of wooden balls to lay in your tub.

Day Dreams?

I find that I can sit on the rail and watch a good one pocket match and dream about playing perfect pool.

Then some one eventually says 'PAY UP'

I don't dream about much of anything anymore but I have had an occasional pool related (very loosely) dream. However it's one of those dreams we men cannot control and would rather not discuss publicly.:o:rolleyes:
