It starts with Che-che asking Efren when did he realize that he was famous and that everyone knows him? The whole interview is vintage Efren and it demonstrates a lot of the reasons why Efren remains one of the most popular people in the world, not just one of the best pool players in the world.

What a truly great man no wonder so many consider him their idol. Not only an amazing pool player also an amazing individual!

efren is one one the most kind hearted people you will ever meat, always willing to play for cheap and to take pictures. I have had the pleasure of both playing with and having my picture taken with the man, and most of his predicesors are the same way.
Easy to like a man like that.
not to mention all he has done for others.

I have a VERY GOOD FEELING that if you listen to the commentary at the Galveston Texas tournament September 11-20th, you are going to hear things about Efren that you have NEVER heard before . In fact, you can bank on it. You have my word on that. You won't hear me making up stories of what went on way back then because I wasn't there. You will be hearing it from someone who was THERE when it all began. Of course, it will be me, encouraging, cajoling and asking for the nitty gritty and even a little scuttlebutt thrown in for good measure of what went down and what really happened.
