This also is a total lie.

Nancy and I both pulled our comments because as you can see in the posts below...we can back to civil terms at one point.

The rep points and comments I sent were not intended to call anyone stupid....they were to hopefully get you to get all the facts before you comment.

Well, in that case... Hey, PoolTees... I really like your tee shirt designs. I would like to become your partner. If you disagree, I plan to copy your designs on a cheaper shirt and sell them anyway.

Marissa, Your Post is the best description yet of what happened.

He wouldn't pay for a Legal Agreement. Expected me to pay the whole bill ($5,000+) so he could make money off MY IDEA. Yes MY IDEA, not Little Doug's Idea.


Used what he wanted from my web-site...Word for word without bothering to ask first.

Threatened to make my product and sell it with or without me.

He contacted me first, barged his way in and assumed way too much.

After a lot of investigation, I found out he's someone I should avoid.

At this point...I won't work with him....Because I don't TRUST him.


I'm starting to understand why he lives outside the U.S.A.
 
I've never met or talked to Nancy, not even via email or PM, but I think enough people on here read your posts and remember your little extortion comments, therefore I don't see a need for her to to continue to defend herself. You clearly stated on this forum that if she refused to deal with you, you were going to copy and distribute her product anyway.

Btw, you are unable to leave or deduct rep points.

I'm officially very confused.

If you use a pocket chalker does that mean you are playing pocket pool?

I'm still confused, somebody unconfuse me.
