This tournament you have put together is awesome. I will be there, if anybody is interested in that information but will not be playing , just running a pool players shot contest starting at midnite each day.

conspicuous by their absence from this event are miguel torres and michael kang, who are playing in a tournament in lima, peru.

I'm really disappointed that I could not attend the tournament, I have been playing very little, as the closest billiard table is 93 miles from home, Ft. Pierce, FL., if I get to play once a month it's alot. So I'm not in real top shape anyway, also my wife just had double breast cancer surgery on the 29th of last month, so it's impossible to get away regardless how I'm playing.

I just got off the phone with Adrian Viguera to wish Him good playing in the tourny, and the same to everyone else that's there. Sounds like the Inaugural Olhausen 3 Cushion tournament will be a great success, according to the entrant's.

Again, play well everyone.

First let me say that I am not a part of running the tourney, I will be there only to provide the live streaming. I can not speak for anyone, but I expect, from streaming another 3C tourney, that many of the players will step forward to provide us with commentary.

I will make your suggestion know to Jim and Dennis and that is the best I can do.

You can see a preview of the quality of stream in the archived clip of last night's test. I had the commentators mics turned off and the audio is only from the built in camera mic. Don't pay any attention to the players!!! This was only to test the stream!

I have solid 2 Mbps DSL and the picture was choppy at best. What is the stream rate supposed to be?

No shooting the messenger from me! Thank you for your input!

I experienced the same thing watching the beginning of the archived clip, but the live stream last night was not choppy and received excellent reviews from those who were watching it live.

I think what happened is that when I first started the stream, I was connected to the internet on a poor wifi connection and later switched to a hard wire ethernet connection.

Try clicking into the clip near the midway point. The choppiness is no longer there.

Thanks again for pointing that out so others will realize why it is that way at the beginning!
