14 x 40 Lathe for sale in CA - TODAY only!!!

Been there done that and it was only the best thing I ever did. Divorce that is! All it cost me was a 69 Shelby Mustang convertible. Damm I miss that car!
I would love to put that lathe in my shop, but somehow I think divorce #2 would be more expensive.

Wow, if something like that came up 2 hrs from my house, there'd be no question about it. Unfortunately this is about a 20 hr drive with no stops.

lol.. I was kidding. The logistics, although I have the time and means, would probably not allow. Hmmn:

Gas for 1500 round trip=250.00
3 stays in Motel=150.00.....I am NOT sleeping in my truck.....again!!! I once drove a boat 70 hours in 3 days and didn't sleep(ONLY CAFFEINE), but like to keep the stints to 10 hours for safety.
food=60.00
Now we are at almost 500 and nothing for my time which, believe it or not, is worth something....
There would almost certainly have to be a surcharge for being forced to enter the State of Texas too! lol

Wow, both lathes were bought by the same person for $1250 each. A Bridgeport vertical mill also sold for $750. Someone just had a good day!
