First of all, i just want to say what an outstanding job that Donny did to my table. He turned a beat up old Pinto and turned it into a Ferrari. I can really tell he loves his work and it shows. I have been talking to him for almost 6 months now but it just seemed like everytime i was ready for him to come out something came up. Well that day finally came and now i have the table i always wanted. I didnt have the best gold crown 3 to work with but he treated it like he owned it. Here are a few pics as the day went buy.

Great looking table!! Glad to hear things worked out well for you. The rest of the family looks happy with the work too :)
 
Very nice work by a master craftsman. I had my Diamond done by RKC and I recognize his methods in those pic's. Enjoy your new table. I'm sure it plays great.
 
What have I done???????????....I created a MONSTER mechanic in Cali:grin::grin: If I had 100 mechanics willing to learn as Donny has, then the USA would be the pool table capital of the world!!!

PS. Donny's the reason I don't work in Cali anymore....I can't compete with his work anymore! He took some lessons...and practiced, and practiced, and perfected his skills...until perfect, THAT is what it takes to become a real table mechanic:grin:

I didn't realize how thin my hair was getting on top. thanks for that picture too.

thanks Glen, one of the things I admire most about you is that you keep improving, you keep finding new ways to do it better. when I see pictures you post there different from what you taught me 18 months ago. your a hard act to follow.

That table sucks!......................... Because it isn't at my house! :D It's very nice, hope you enjoy it :)
 
Donny just completed my table assembly and install, everything went smoothly and came out great! Table plays perfect!!! Slow rolled many shots that went perfectly true!
 
Hi, great looking work, looks like you plug up the slots for the nut plates for rail bolts, don't know if that is the right term, was wondering with what material and what is the purpose for that? Would imagine something fairly easily removed in case a nut would get stripped?

Donny don't plug the floating nut cavity, no need to:wink:
