I can't remember the last time I saw linen on a huge cue made in the last few years. I like it. Not everything has to have a lizard/elephant/cheetah/panda/crazy exotic wrap on it.

I don't know what to say ! Both of these cues are unreal. I like the one with the segmented handle and the black wrap. I was going to ask what the wrap was but the previous post say's its linen. I had a Hercek with black linen and Joel did an outstanding wrap on it.

These cues are just the nuts, Joel just keeps getting batter and better, its hard to imagine where he's going to go with the talent he has. How is it possible to out do what he's doing now?

The black wrap is leather and looks awesome in person.

Wow wow wow! Great looking Herceks. I should plan to own a Hercek in the very far future.
 
Those are two beautiful cues, but the cue with the segmented handle is the nutz!! Thanks for sharing with us.

The original wrap was elephant ear, at my request. After getting the new segmented handle cue, I thought it would look better with regular leather. I sent it back to Joel and he changed it for me.....see what happens when I suggest anything on these cues....LOL

It is hard to believe how fast and furious Joels talented cue making is growing.
 
I thought it was some type of leather when I first saw it.

Again - what an unbelievable cue, absolutely my most favorite ever :grin:

I wish I had seen the segmented cue when I was there. That one is very special. The other one is pretty nice too. :rolleyes:

Both are stellar Steve, I can't wait till I get a call from Joel and can get a cue started one of these days. Congrats, on the pair!

The one with the torquoise is one of my favorite of all Herceks. Not as fancy as a lot of them, but the rings are beautiful and the small, tasteful inlays in the backing points are just great.

And knowing that its Joels 1st 8 pointer doesnt hurt. I love the blue also
 
Whew what a pair!!! Not to mention I was able to meet Joel a few months ago and what a great guy! His cues are nice too...lol
