That last pic is perfect...It shows the logo up and a very distinct pattern in the leather...As good as a fingerprint in my oppinion

Thanks for posting the pics Tim. I did make one little mistake in my description. It is 4 ebony points instead of 5.

Good luck getting your cues and case back. What i do when i have my cues with me is i keep my car keys with them. This way you can't forget to take them with you.

Good way to lose your keys & or car also. Just watch your cues. Sad that we have to watch out cues.
Good luck on finding your sticks.

Go to judge judy she'll sort it out.

You should'nt leave your cues at anyones house, why were you at the ladies house anyway if she was a crook?

you got done big time unfornately

Small claims

Mike, sue her in small claims court. Leaving the cues in her house with her having knowledge of them being makes her responsible. In small claims nobody needs a lawyer and it costs you about $10. Sue her for full replacement value. Argue your case that she knew they were there, don't mention the shady characters.

The 3 ways to win are as follows:
1 she gets scared and just offers to pay you off ( not likely).
2 she is stupid enough to forget the court date or not show up. Either way the Plaintiff, you, win. They do not reschedule in small claims court and the Plaintiff wins by default.
3 The judge rules in your favor because you can show that you had brought them there. Anyoneelse on you side know thery were in the House? Or the judge is an ex sate straight pool champ and rules in your favor with a wink.

P.S. The cops will do NOTHING. Just file your case and await the trial date. I had a kid steal my cue once anhe didn't come to trial. All I did was tell the judge my story and the value of the item and he had a judgment placed on his earniongs. Most locals you can sue to $3,000 value.

Otherwise go covert on her ass!!!

Winnings one thing collecting is another. Did you ever get the 3k?

I don't know what to tell you about your legal aspects but I will tell you this , I would get a couple of my friends together and ...we went knocking ... Then he had a accident and fell face first down his steps if you know what I mean...

Cops were more interested in arresting us then the crack dealer. It's bad when it's right in front of the cops and they cant do nothing but if you do something they will be all over you. But I would want my cue's back and I would be over there going through that door ... Good luck buddy I hope it works out for you <<ED

Ed, you are giving out very bad advice. Break in and throw a human down the stairs? Really? Ya think?

And then wonder why the cops feel they should arrest you...uhh, coz they know you are guilty of a violent crime and you allege someone else done you wrong.

Do I really have to explain it?
