Many Many Pictures of My New Gilbert Cue

Andy really knocked this one outta the park for you Watchez. I especially like the inlay treatment in the major points, and, of course, the scrimshawed ivory rings.
Who did the scrim work?

I believe Andy uses a lady out of Iowa that he told me her name 3 times but I still can't remember. She did a fantastic job of repeating the different rose design 4 times within each ring.

When I sat down with Andy he said he can do any type of ring you like - I said good cause this is what I have in mind.

That's a really great looking Gilbert cue imo. It has that "classic Gilbert look and feel"....but with some new twists.

I think it's Crystal Herbert that he has do the scrimshaw work. She's a cool gal and great to work with also, just like Andy.

The thing that is really enjoyable about working with Andy is that he is up for trying just about anything in a cue.....he's truly a "custom cuemaker". But that being said, if it's not doable, he will tell you.

Besides being a great cuemaker, it's pretty well known that he is just about the best repairman in the business.

Andy Gilbert

Andy Gilbert does make great playing cues.
Whenever any player hits with my Andy Gilbert Titlist conversion cues they have something interesting to say about them.
Not the normal responses you get about most cues.
Everybody has their own opinion of the type of hit they like but the Andy Gilbert playability seems to be appreciated by all, and they are very easy to get used to.

Terrific looking cue by the way.

Her name Rose Royslyon,

Great cue buddy

Gorgeous cue from a great cuemaker and one of the most down to earth people in the business.

Enjoy your cue, it is absolutely beautiful.................

Scrimshaw Artist

Hi--I just Googled myself this morning and found your thread. CueAddicts was right--your artist is Crystal Herbert. That's me! I'm glad you're happy with the artwork. Here is a link to my new Facebook page.

You do not have to be a Facebook member to view it. I have a few pics of some of my work up there and I plan to add some more pics some of these days.
