Be careful with the Whitten knock offs on ebay.

make an offer . . .

I bought a couple at way less than the original 105.00 / make offer.

Not bad real leather. Or what appears that way.

Nice beginner case / storage.

Thought I would sell one keep one.To pay for the one I kept.
I paid shipping from Taiwan, actual was 35.00 frt. each.

$2000.00 Taiwan dollars exchange rate 36/1 to ship 2 case and 1 cue. If I remember correctly.

If vinyl not bad for storage. If leather I got a deal.
Girl friend seems to think the cases might be leather due the suede backing ?? of the covering.

If I ever sell one I'd declare vinyl until proven otherwise. I am pretty sure the Shoe Shop guy would tell me if it's real or not.

Don't need a bad rep on here.
Just like the "Maybe instroke Cases" thread I'm not selling anything until I know what they are.
They have not emailed any further information, will not justify so I don't sell.

There are many reputable importers with service after the sale to do business with.

JB for one. Warned me about knock-offs if something is not real I'm not going to sell it as such all I could do is replace as JB advised the customer service as well can eat up the profits.

Delta Sport cases look ok and they're for sale at $65 buy it now. BUT.. they are charging $35 shipping. I don't think that's an ethical way to do business

there's nothing unethical about charging accurate shippng fees. if u paid any attention to the auction u would see that they're being shipped from taiwan so what do u expect for them to charge for shipping. why dont u try shipping a case over to taiwan, i bet it would cost u more than 35 dollars.

the only problem that i see is that they're knock offs and not real. i dont see anything wrong with the shipping costs.

NOT real leather...it plainly states "Real vinyl leather".

yes..i totally agree..they are not real leather..they are just plan vinly leather..but they are worth the price u paying for..i got 1 and i love it..no complain for a cheap price light weight case.=)

Shipping cost VARY from country to county especially from the other side of the planet.....and the ad DID say Whitten style. If you want the style with 400 price tag and IF they are real leather 105 don't sound too bad, does it?

hey

It also says South west style cues.........and joint protectors........hmmmmmm
sounds a bit familiar

Hi Mr Jim..

I read your comment while ago that you want to find a replica GTF, yesterday i saw a GTF Replica sale 50% on Indyq website. Well if it's true i want to have one either.

Sorry, my english is bad, i'm from Indonesia.

Best to you

Price seems fair for what it is.

I can't argue with that. Looks to be a good case for the money. I am looking forward to some feedback on these. See what the build quality is like and how they hold up. They certainly look good in the pix, though.

I just purchased a J/B cue from delta sports. He was asking $80 w/ make an offer. I offered $40 and he took it immediately. Shipping $15 I did recieve all maple shafted J/b cue with a curly maple butt. For $55 I was pleased with purchase. Lesson: don't be afraid to offer 50%!

If one can get a shipment from Taiwan for $35, it's a deal! Take a look at items shipped from the Phillipines. I have purchased many cues from the islands, and have paid no less than $45 for shipping alone, more often $50.
