A new spin on our live centers

you turned down the center a little on an item with a replacable center, big customizing. Give me a break. Like I said this is the center I rejected at the expo.

Mike your full of it !!!this center was made for you after the expo
when youordered it i personaly pulled the parts and assembled it
then we turned it too size so it was a custom made piece anything
not stock is considered custom
nice try with your picture of a center you put in water
for a few days thats why there was no picture to start with this info comes from someone you ran your mouth too and they called me this morning to fill me in on just what your doing i have more friends then what you think your a poor excuse trying to make someone look bad lenoard was right about you if your going to something dishonest you shouldnt tell anyone...but your not the the sharpest knife either

If you were going to make it right you would have done so already instead of dodging calls.

Your post said that it was last edited on the 16th and I refunded your money on the 15th. Still to this date you still haven't said that you have recieved any funds. And again with the documents here is picture of our live centers.

Lee, I see you started a refund transaction the day after all of this started.

What I don't understand is why you just didn't deal with the man to begin with?

After his post you simply could have(if you don't have his phone number) typed "please call me so we can work this out or send me your number and a time that is good for me to call you". I believe that could have been the end of it and really good PR for you. I had a problem getting ahold of Unique and that is pretty much what he did. We got in touch and I ended up ordering about three hundred dollars worth of merchandise from him after he helped me sort out a taper shaper that was damaged by UPS. I never once asked him for "something for nothing", as you seem to think.

ALOT can happen between production and delivery of an item. Just because it was perfect when it left your shop doesn't mean it arrived that way. I have had three SERIOUS (one with USPS and two with UPS) issues that amounted to over five thousand dollars in damages.

All this over forty-five dollars??

This really shows your true colors trying to be vindictive I sent your money and I except my product in return !!!!

Why don't you guys just PM or email each other and save us the all the headache........ this is getting old..... real old......

The only thing I'm going to say is it's never a good idea to post someone elses personal info on here, like the paypal document with the shipping address in plain view. Not cool.

Frank

i agree with SK

Kinda sucks to check in every once in a while seeing this crap still going on.

Wouldnt there be a moderator or something that could put an end to this?

Need to rename this thread to "Douche Bag Central"

the scorecards are in

Anyone who reads these posts and has ever done business with the public would not want to deal with this guy. Lee sends him a refund and this is his response.

He clearly values Lee's products and still wants them. With margins what they are and competition the way it is who can deal with all this?

He tries to bad mouth Lee for copying Porper but he still orders from Lee

He complains about Lee but when Lee says send my stuff back , he says no send me something else (arbor).

From his 1st post Lee had it right, some folks just aren't worth dealing with and if you want to stay in business the sooner you pick them out the better off you are.

1. cuemaker03-your attitude about sending back the product isn't doing you any favors. 4-5 days to get a product after paying isn't unreasonable.

2. he said he never received an arbor he paid for. At least that is what I understand.

3. even though I deal with thousands of customers a year personally, I don't see where I can afford to "weed out the ones I don't need". That is a poor business model. Believe me when I say, due to the fact we sell alcohol, that I've seen the worst of the worst.

Lastly....

I've simply conveyed my experiences here. Nothing is made up. It does seem now that this has turned into a pissing contest between a customer and a supplier.

Cuemaker03-just send him back the center asap. He sent your money back.

Lee-you are free to run your business anyway you like. However, calling customers liars publicly isn't doing you any favors. I hope you got that damage your cart sustained at the derby straightened out.

This really shows your true colors trying to be vindictive I sent your money and I except my product in return !!!!

I am just not going to turn my life upside down to hurry for you when you take forever to send stuff out. I will send it when I get around to it. I guess you just want to resell it even though it is messed up.

Are you so right? I think not......

You’re a human and so am I. There’s no argument there. The sky is blue and the grass is green. There’s no argument there either. After all, they’re FACTS, and we’re all in agreement with them. But why do so many of us have a need to ‘right’ regarding OPINIONS? A man driving in LA is outraged by another driver cutting him off. In his opinion, the driver who cut him off is unbearably rude. “I’ll show him,” he thinks, as he now tries to cut off the ‘rude’ driver. This incident explodes into a full-blown case of road rage, which leads to an accident and the death of the outraged driver. He might have been ‘right,’ but now he’s dead right. Does it make any sense to fight to the death over an opinion? Besides, how could the dead driver be ‘right’ when his behaviour was wrong?

An obsessive need to be ‘right’ is irrational, but, sadly, very common. For instance, what makes one believe that our neighbors are incompetent to think for themselves and need to be ‘saved’ by our own brand of religion? And if they refuse to recognize our merciful God, we can always kill them! It’s like an anti-abortionist who preaches about the sanctity of life and then murders a doctor who performs abortions. Why do we kill one another for having different opinions?

Some of us get easily upset in the workplace. We insist that others do things the ‘right’ (our) way. Yet, isn’t it more important to do the right thing than do things right? The high divorce rate suggests that married life is another arena for the clash of opinion. Something as trivial as how one’s spouse squeezes the tube of toothpaste is enough to cause anger in some people. Quick, answer this question. What is the ‘right’ way to squeeze a tube of toothpaste? From the middle or from the end of the tube? Well, half of those who were surveyed in a university study answered, “From the middle,” and the other half said, “From the end of the tube.” So, no matter which opinion you hold, you were not ‘right’ in the mind of half of those surveyed. Can you see how ludicrous, how irrational, it is to demand that others share our opinions?

There are many reasons to give up our addiction to being ‘right.’ First, consider what we are doing when we make pronouncements that you are either for me or against me, or that it’s my way or the highway, or that I’m ‘right ’ and you’re ‘wrong.’ Aren’t we being arrogant, combative, self-righteous, presumptuous, judgmental, idiotic, narrow-minded, and alienating? Aren’t such attitudes delusional and dysfunctional? Don’t they disrupt harmony and peace and lead to conflict and suffering of those who have to put up with these threads?

When I insist that I’m ‘right,’ I slam the door of my mind. I remain locked in past beliefs. I stop growing. I have a shallow understanding of the world and limited choice. But if I change my focus from what IS ‘RIGHT’ to what IS, something magical happens. The moment I accept the fact that others have different views and willingly consider them, rather than fight them, I am transformed. Transformation from a prisoner of the inability to forgive to an adventurer and explorer. By opening myself to all ideas, I open my life to infinite possibilities. And on that day, I discover what it is to be understand richness and meaning in life.

To be dead right is to be dead. For it is next to impossible to control the thoughts and opinions in the minds of others. So, when they fail to live up to our demand for agreement, we feel frustrated and disappointed. Does it make any sense to follow the road to unhappiness?

If the demand to be ‘right’ is self-defeating, why do we engage in it? One reason is the discomfort of uncertainty. Living in a world of uncertainty makes some feel like the earth is crumbling beneath their feet. There is no stability, nothing to hang on to (except their opinions and beliefs). Yet, when we change our perspective and think of uncertainty as surprise, wonder, awe, growth, opportunity, and delight, we can embrace it. Another reason for tenaciously clinging to our opinions is the fear that changing them would lead to the loss of our identity. But we are not our opinions. We are people who hold opinions and can let them go if we choose to. When we learn from others, we don’t lose our identity, we expand, enhance, and enrich it. A third reason for wanting to be ‘right’ is low self-esteem. Some need to show off their ‘superiority’ to compensate for their feelings of inferiority. They are afraid of appearing stupid and need the approval of others. But the way to grow superior is by opening one’s mind, not by closing it.

To awaken from the delusion that our opinion is the only ‘right’ one, all one has to do is study history and the evolution of science. For when we do, we will quickly learn that we are fallible creatures. Even the brightest minds changed their opinions on innumerable occasions. In fact, that’s how they grew so bright, by integrating opinions that at first appeared diametrically opposed. And by willingly adding the opinions of others to their own. They weren’t afraid of accepting new ideas and making mistakes. What is important to remember is that we should all try to remain respectful and considerate of others and to try not to piss all over this wonderful brotherhood we call AZ...... by proving that we are so right.... now get a life and be done with it.....

pelican?

This guy is a pelican , steer clear ...

I don't get your reference to pelicans. Is that supposed to mean he can whistle through his peaker? is a fish eater? Do you have a grudge against Pelicans? in both of your posts you bring up pelicans, I just want to warn you there is probably an association formed to protect pelicans from the sterotype you are trying to perpetuate. NAAP

The only people allowed to use that name in that fashion are other pelicans, if you want to continue to use it you run the risk of dissing a true pelican which everyone knows is a legimate reason for a real pelican to bust a cap in your butt, in fact he might have to in order to save face or should I say beak.

it is however acceptable to refer to him as the "P" word.
