Paulempor, you red rep someone by clicking the box located a couple inches under their name with the red stripe along the bottom of it. When you hover your mouse over it, it says "Report Post."

Ehhhh, I don't want another "Two Girls One Cup" incident. I couldn't sleep for weeks after that sh*t!
Just FYI, that button with the red stripe on the bottom is for actually reporting a post to the mods. The one with the blue stripe that says "add to this person's reputation" is actually the one you use to neg rep someone. Once you click it, it gives you the option to either add pos rep or neg rep to the person.
