Dollar for dollar, which production cue is hard to beat??

This seems similar to the last production poll. To me, whatever is the best playing is best dollar for dollar. Its not like any production is going to make you broke. So look at the last poll, and whatever you decided was best, buy it.

In terms of value? Does it matter if its domestically made or imported?

I'm going to nominate the 1 piece full spliced cue. Dufferin, Valley, Muellers, and Sterling are some of the vendors out there.

You can get one for as low as $15, and spend $20 to put on a quality layered tip of your choice (Kamui, Moori, Molavia). Go to a martial arts store and get a bo staff carrying case (about $10), now you can carry it around to pool halls and bars. For less than $50, you're all set.

I'm going with the Cuetec R 360 with LDS for under $200 ($136 for one model). I bought one 6 weeks ago and my other players are all back in their cases. Great playing cue. Johnnyt

who do you think?

I'm going with Dale Perry here. I think most would agree that his cues can't be considered custom anymore.

A guy was trying to sell me one a few weeks back (for way too much) and the cue hit and looked great. I didn't want to put it down but, I knew I could get a brand new one for $125+-. Hard to believe he can build 'em that cheap.

anything with an OB shaft on it.... I have 5 different cues ranging from $75 to $800 and they all play the same with my OB shaft on them.

same thing with the Predator 314-2......plays damn close to the same hit as the OB1.

Yep I've been sayin it since I see Shane doing very well with it. I had to try it for myself. It didn't cost much to find out that it hits reeeeeeal good.

My thinking exactly!

$26.99 shipped for a 2 piece SP. I bought 4 for the basement. Points aren't real even, but they p[lay quite well with a $0.50 Triangle tip added. $6.50 shipped for a hard case.

$33.99 complete and you have a playable decent cue that won't make you suicidal if you leave it behind or if it warps in the trunk.

I've had 2 CueTec's for about 10-12 years now. They're just awesome in my opinion. When I saw that Earl and Allison played with one, that meant a lot to me.

I also want to put a strong plug in for KF Cues. I love mine (MO17) and it's now my #1 cue. Tony Crosby is the U.S. dealer for KF Cues and he's a great man to deal with.
