Don`t forget Jeff Olney & Jerry Rauenzahn. They both do excellent work & they have been building cues for many many years as well. JMO

Sorry i wouldn't put them in the elite section.But i do know there are a bunch that i omitted.
 
I'd have to add Bob Frey.....not fancy but all around great hitting cue.

I would take out Ed Young and Black and put in Tascarella, Stroud, and TAD. Of course then it would be the top eleven.

What about Ron Haliey he can certainly built cues equal to any you have listed.

even though they are not real well known cue makers anybody who has ever played with either of their own respective cues will agree with me, Roland Becker and Ernie Martinez both of Colorado would always be on my list of best, im not sure about ernie but i know that roland is in the blue book of cues with his chess series that you can see online if you google roland beckers chess series. In fact there is a thread on here from someone who owns one of those chess cues talking about how much he loves it
 
I see the original list is heavy on traditional cue style builders. . .I wonder if we limit to traditional 4 pts into BEM, muti-veneered, multi-inlaid butt sleeve builders and request a pic submisssion which proves they are the best, I wonder how this thread goes?
