Why isn't the Dominator shaft included in this study?

Many of the cues that you tested are made from the wood sold by the mill the also makes the Dominator II shafts. Just saying...www.dominiakcues.com

Oh i get it he is trying to prove that his shaft can make any cue play better.

Would be a lot more impressive if the pivot points had been identified and the resultant errors measured when using back hand english and front hand english.

Most top players do this by feel, but back-hand English (BHE), front-hand English (FHE), and a combination of both can be used, depending on the shot. For more information and demonstrations, see:

I believe that to get optimal results, users of LD shafts would still rotate about the pivot point, using whatever combination of front and back hand movement accomplished this. Because LD shafts have their pivot points too far back for a comfortable bridge length, BHE alone isn't feasible.

Whether users of LD shafts actually do this, is a question I can't answer.
