I don't believe, under the newest rules, that you are allowed to give prices in this section, as I'm sure you've been made aware of on a couple of occasions to your dismay, so...., I guess the powers that be, have decided that everyone is advertising shafts for sale in the wrong forum. Bless them for correcting our obvious lack of knowledge as far as what forums our threads should be in. Out of sight - out of mind.

You know, I like it here most of the time, as well as the other place, but the other place we have a Private section just us and I do think that is very important, The thread that was moved, It belongs in a Private section for cue makers only.
It seems as though it really has turned into a preschool sand box with the playground supervisor having a wedgie in their drawers, hasn't it?
Well, with the economy the way it is and moms and dads having to pick up extra jobs to support the family life style you get an influx of newer kids coming in on daily basis now.
Stopping the sand throwing and diaper changes can get a little overwhelming at times for the teacher. I know it's a thankless job being playground super but it's good for soul to let the kids duke it out once in awhile. Its all lessons in life. You don't want your 3 old getting the piss kicked out of them by some little girlie boy that lives across the way, would you?

It should have never been moved. What benefit does it have now? Who's going to see it? Who's going to read it? Most here probably thought it got pulled for some reason and wouldn't think twice about it and just forget about it. I just happened to look at the FS section last night ( for what reason, I have no idea) and there it was. It had just been moved, I suspect, and it just kind of blew me away that it ended up there? I was just thinking out loud to myself when I seen it. WTF? Somebody needs a tissue?

You can't get in by just being one of those guys who has nothing better to do than call every Cue maker in the Country up and waste their time on the phone, You actually have to make cues to get it. my thought also, i was surprised that moved, i dont have the real reason but here's what in my mind.
Since most people that prone for throwing their fetals are in Wanted for Sale Section, the moved it to educated those people their, so they have now the idea of what is really the cost of 1 piece 29 inches of maple wood. and i dont know whats the other side of the coin..

I have no idea why it was moved to the Wanted/For Sale section. I will find out though. I have moved it back to the Ask The Cuemaker section where I think it belongs.
As for the endless complaints about censorship, dictatorship, feeling unwanted, etc, etc: a simple email or PM to me will usually do the trick. I am not a cuemaker, so I don't read the threads in the cuemaker section unless I am notified of something that needs attention.

Mike, Thanks for the heads up and letting us know you're accessible. Sorry if at times it seems you're a dart board.
I always try to be accessible. If I am out of town at a tourney, then I sometimes don't get to all my email till I get home.
But I always tell people to not feel bad about dropping another note. I don't consider it pestering. More reminding.
