If you know where the ghost ball is why not concentrate on sending the cueball to that spot?
I thought CTE was for people who can't see the ghost ball.
I don't actually use CTE....I use the center to center (ghost ball) method to find (for me) the track line the CB needs to roll along...I then attempt to shoot the CB striaght down that track line.
It is easier for me to align with an aim track line instead of a single contact point...with a track line I am better able to align my stance(feet) and cue along the track line...the end result will be sending the CB to that spot though.
Seems to me though no matter what system you end up using, the end result is going to end up on one of the 3-line aim tracks......The center to center method just insures that I am aiming along the correct aim track.
