A new cue I just picked up

Hmm, reminds me of a James White that I saw a while back. I've also seen a Richard Black that had this look with the same veneers, but I could be mistaken.
 
Awesome Randy Mobley cue. That's a cameo around the logo. I'll give $1,000.00 to $100.00 odds it's a Mobley. I might be wrong. Try me.

The joint protectors look like a Mobley...the signature is a different story. Which is why it's throwing people off. Ring work is excellent...whoever made this cue is a top notch.
 
I think I'm going to have to correct my previous guess and say that the cue IS a Mobley, but with a logo I have never seen before.

After taking a closer look at the inlays on THIS cue...

As well as looking closer at the Tips (Only Randy burnishes them THAT well!)...

I will concur that this is a Mobley.

yep its about 2 weeks new, had a heck of a time getting it too but i ended up tracking it down then getting in touch with kenny/fourkingscues and we worked out over the phone and the deal was done within minutes. one of the smoothest deals i've ever done on az.

randy is a great guy to deal with and the cue is absolutely gorgeous, shafts as i mentioned before are dense and darker coloured. the whole cue is perfect, much like the other mobley that got posted a few days ago in the gallery.

i have more pics if anyone wants to see more details of it.
 
Wow awesome cue, I love the veneers and the ring work, very impressive. I would love to see more pics if you have time to post them. Thanks for sharing and congrats on an incredible pick up.

Seeing that some of us knew that it was indeed a Mobly. I don't know why you guys stated it or showed the logo. Clearly Cedric wanted it to be a guessing game and he is the one that should of unveiled the cue maker. IMHO

i've uploaded 10 pics to the original post. forum only lets me put 10 pics in each post so i'll post the rest here. also, the cue has 8 veneers.

keep in mind some of these pics are from before the final coating which is why it doesnt appear as smooth in the pics cuz the cue wasnt done yet.
