Yeah, that would've been a hoot and you would know they were playing hard. It was Johnny that came up with the idea & Mark mentioned it in a previous post. I was hoping Earl would agree, but I guess he didn't.

I live in Nebraska and will definetely be attending this match. I give a huge thanks to you putting this together as it will be great to see these 2 play in my backyard. However, I don't feel you answered Cleary's question if it is all their own money they will be putting up. Either way there will be a great turnout in Lincoln and on the stream to do this match but I think you should anwser the question directly cause you didn't give a straight answer. By doing this it makes me believe this is a exiibition.

I saw these 2 tour together thru Omaha roughly a 1 1/2 ago putting on a exibition. This will be great no matter who is putting up the $ and everyone owes you thanks for this Bflad. I sure hope you don't think I'm not being supportive cause I am completely with you either way but you didn't answer the question directly. Thanks again Bflad.

Cleary, Ah got ya. If you remember I did Efren/Frost a few years ago also in Tempe I thought you were talking about that.
With Archer/Strickland we are putting up the $$ they are talking about adding more $$ to the pot out of their pockets I will update if and when that happens. I will be paying the winner only but taking care of expenses for both.

We are working on the pool room right now and when that is done I will sort something out for tickets in advance. The only thing we have right now would be a sponsorship package that includes 2 vip seats. I will post the Sponsor pack and give everyone a opportunity to help out as we have some expenses to cover. Thanks for your interest.
 
Just curious how you came up with Lincoln Nebraska but you dont even have a pool room there yet?

I have the option of 2 different pool rooms where we can do this. We just have not decided yet as we have to move a table in and figuring out which one will work best for this event so the location isn't a problem.
Airart1 is a company and a sponsor there in Lincoln and they wanted to do it there and thats how it came to be. Hope that answers your questions.

Thank you Mark, on one hand I don't want to make you spill your business to everyone but on the other hand its good to let the people know how they are playing.

Betting on the super bowl is a lot more fun than the pro bowl. When you bet your money, you want to know your horse will fight til their last breath. When its your money over the lights, you never give up but can always dog.


None the less, this sounds like a great matchup and Im sure they will both be fighting to win. They both have a lot of pride and will put on a great show for everyone watching. Good luck buddy, take care. Hope to see you at derby.

The pool rooms would be really smart to purchase this livestream for their clientele. This is the kind of match that would bring people into the pool rooms and keep them there.

I hope the AZBers will mention this to their pool room owners and assist in promoting these type of matches. I love BAD BLOOD MATCHES. :angry::D

It only takes an Internet connection, a computer and an HDMI cable to hook up to any of the big screen tvs in most sport bars........ That and a LOW COST PPV payment.

With the microphones hooked up to the players, this should be a WINNER!
 
What is the tie-breaker?

If they split the first 2 sets with even points, then the straight pool goes 149-150 then they would both have the same number of points right?

I am not sure what the odds are on that happening but in the very unusual case it does I am sure we will figure something out.
