2cool2miss.com sold me a Mali Box Cue. I'd never seen one and I couldn't be more pleased with the pickup. Thank you Terry!

My buddy Larry, one of the Expo staffers from NC hooked me up with this old Richard Black conversion cue. Ivory top and bottom.

Fourkingscues (Kenny) sold me a gorgeous John Showman cue. It was formerly Rodney Morris' player. Old school with stacked veneer.

Ariel Carmelli has a cue for me at each show. The man really delivers a value. I picked an ivory and abalone inlay pattern into ebony and snakewood. All white is ivory on this one.

I picked up a custom Black Baron. This one has extra gunsights between the points, and ebony nose and a fancy matching protector. The butt cap is all ivory.

Last but not least, 2cool2miss.com sold me a Richard Harris box cue. I'm still doing the research, but it may be the first one he ever made.

Great cues, I had the Black Baron, and joint protectors made. Nice find. Rod.

I like your style Rod. Those changes to the Black Baron design transformed it for me. I saw the cue a few years ago and was blown away. It had been a target of opportunity ever since.

I played a couple sets with it tonight. She still shoots straight.

Gian, I see you went on full tilt this show....congrats on the neat cues and cases. You guys had a great looking booth this year. Wish I didn't have to leave on Friday....wanted to stop by again and look around some more.

You got a great cue right there and I know it will play well as I owned a similar cue at one time.

Word is that the Rocket has a new cue - he is using the Red One these days.
Got to get me one of these - Next!

Great to see you again Gian, and great pick ups at the show! I believe Richard has only made four box cues... you probably knew that already. I hope the one you got is the first.

I had it made in 2006, I'm a big gun sight fan, and I know the long ones would be amazing. It hit's a ton too. Cheers. Rod.

Wow! I knew you were wheeling and dealing, but didn't know you were buying that much too.

You are 'da man'!

Every purchase has a story. I really enjoyed each and have no regrets.

To choose a favorite, it has to be owning my first John Showman cue...and enjoying the very one used by one of the coolest players in the game...Rodney Morris. I'm proud on many levels to have that cue. Kenny from fourkingscues worked with me to make owning it possible. From maker to player to seller this cue is meaningful to me. It really isn't the investment, it's about how the collectable makes me feel.

The Art Cantando case is another huge source of pride and thanks. After working 8 months of overtime to be ready, I found myself in the right place at the right time. That case has a new home and I have a keepsake to help me remember my friend.

i played with that Showman that was Rodneys, thats among the best hitting cues I ever hit a ball with, by far the best Showman I hit a ball with. I hit balls with another Showman that was a close second. neither of my Showmans play like that cue.

Hey Guys,
My Katie is ready to start to learn to play,,now she is 10,,maybe by 15 she give Rocket a run for his money LOL..beat him with hos own cue HAHAHAHA
