Help id this cue

Cue is over 20 years old. Forearm is engraved with "Rekord Professional"
Can anyone help me what it is and how much it is worth approx.

My bet is it was made in Austria. I have a Hansinburg cue very similar...a production cue that ended up being made in Australia until the late 80's. F.Y.I.

The design to me Screams Helmstetter, they made a number of cues with different names on them, and while I have never seen one with this name on it I would say that is a good bet who made it.
