As of May 21st we will not be accepting any more direct custom orders until further notice.
The only way to get a custom case from us will be to order through IndyQShop or CueSight and a few other dealers who know how to take orders for us.
Anyone who has emailed me prior to May 21st may continue with their custom order.
We are just swamped with orders and I want to restructure our shop to do more cases that we design rather than always doing custom orders.
When we return to taking custom orders then we follow a strict regimen with a limit of 104 custom cases per year. When that list of 104 cases is full then we will take no more orders. Of those 104 custom case orders 24 of them will be cases at 1000+ and the other 80 will be $500-$1000. When that list is full then we will start the list for the following year.
We will spend the next several months working super hard to clear our entire backlog of orders.
You will see cases for sale here as we will be making a lot of cases for inventory. IndyQ and Cuesight will be adding many new JB Cases to their inventory.
I thank all of you for your patronage and for helping us to get to this point. Our case shop is fairly unique in the industry as far as I know. I plan to leverage the capabilities we have to make a lot of the ideas I have into reality and intensify the support for Sterling Gaming and Indy Q Shop, two of the best in the business in my book.
Best,
John Barton
