took forever;)
i havent had a cue for about a year now
isnt that just pitiful?
a cuemaker without a cue

i adopted this one as my own
started it a couple years ago
got frustrated with it,
because of the fugly east indian rosewood forearm i used
tossed it aside and completely forgot about it
few months ago,
wife was on one of her spring cleaning kicks and found it under a bed

i slightly modified it to my liking
no, that isnt ebony
olivewood, brass & .007 black rings

i am with you on this one chris......great cue and if it had a liptus shaft it would be INSANE.....:D

I have a confession to make.

I just recently had the chance to play a few games with this cue and I have to admit to everyone that the finish was incredible and it hit a TON!!!......Brent had me switch the shafts and I played a few games with a shaft that had a buckhorn ferrule and I could really feel the difference in the hit. The buckhorn ferrule really is nicer than the regular ferrule and I am looking forward to having those ferrules on my cue..........Nice cue Brent!

Nice...lol.

How can I know how your cues play in just one game? You are on the right path grasshopper, just keep at it and maybe someday your cues will be 1,000.00 plus for a plain one.

Oh yea, just take it off my bill and we are straight!

i wont live that long :sorry:

I don't want a Hoppe Ring!......Just go with the original plan and hopefully I will have a couple new cues for 2013.

Except for the ferrules!

Turned out mighty nice! Is that one of the cues you brought to the Expo? I remember that hairline ring work. Beautiful cue!
hi ya mike
no, this one was literally forgotten,
stashed under a bed in spare room until a few months ago

got this interesting pm from a new member

copycatcues

new cue
maybe you should have had someone make you a cue.im sure they would have made something a bit more presentable representing a "cue maker".
