Does anyone know what Louie Roberts did as a day job? I once heard he was an attorney but that doesn't seem to fit. Thanks

I doubt if Louie had much of an employment history. He was certainly not an attorney!

He came in The Golden Cue, outside of Los Angeles in the early 80's and beat me pretty good. A couple days later there was an article in the sports section of the LA Times about St. Louis Louie that said he had recently gotten out of the Air Force and was giving an exhibition at the Elks Club in Los Angeles.

Wish the article had come out sooner, I would have saved some $$,

WOW!!!!!! He did some exhibitions alright and the best I ever saw. He had tons of personality and was a great entertainer. He was also a very talented guy in things besides pool.
i hope this doesn't go against any rules and doesn''t sound too positive!
