Looking for some help from the AZ cue experts. I picked this cue up in trade. At the time, I was told it was a Migliore. I've confirmed that is not the case. A few others have said Stacey, BCM or Carmeli. I can't locate any kind of identification on the cue, under the bumper, etc.. I've e-mailed Stacey and BCM and should hopefully have an answer in a couple days.

Let me know your thoughts AZ???

Is that a 3/8x10 pin? Gulyassy style?

ID Cue

The pin appears to be made by Tom Migliore as he makes this 3/8x10 modified pin and supplies them to a number of the cue makers but I can't say for certain who this cue maker is.

Mike Lambros

Went through my mind, too, given double rings in all positions. Been wondering all along if the leather wrap is original? But how old would it have to be given a 3/8x10" joint pin?

Greetings from Switzerland, David.

It is a 3/8 x 10". I'm not familiar with Mike's pin.

Troy

I'm unfamiliar with other 3/8x10" pins - rather should say, haven't seen one in a while (3/8x11" more common with players in my neck of the woods, or then more modern production cue pin types). The start (= term?) of the thread (top of the pin) looks like Gulyassy's - I believe. Can't check, sorry, just sold mine…

Call up AE (Artistic Engineering) cues and describe the cue to him. I had an AE cue with the same looking diamonds and they signed under the wrap.

Thanks for the input, I will check with AE. Most AE's I've had through they years had the Radial Joint.

I'm sure the wrap isn't original, it has a gap in the seam. Looks nice but wasn't the best job.

If folks have other thoughts, let me know. Thanks!!

AE was what came to my mind too, but they use radial pins for most of their cues. The pin may have changed out at some time so it's still a possibility. Looks like their ring work & nice workmanship. I had one of their cue w/no maekings.

maybe Dishaw? I think the key to this cue is the relatively thin collars on the shafts and the short ivory block joint. The points look clean.

90's?

Mike made a lot of them before the ultra-joint. I have had a few pass through my hands.
