here is the Bill Schick that I picked up at the auction at the ICCS.

Bills description.....
.
The cue is Brazilian Rosewood Burl , ivory joint with ivory butt plate , all inlays are ivory wrapped in gold
with gold shoots coming out of the ends with gold dots , The gold has been Florentined , I think it adds a richer
look and it gives the finish a little more to adhere to . Joint protectors are ivory also .
Anything else I can help you with , just give me a call , looking forward to the Hopkins , tell the boys hello.

Bill

the wrap is also snakeskin.

Very nice, the woodgrain is fantastic. The inlay materials blend very well with the wood chosen. Congratulations on a great cue!

Old school vs. new school. Not sure you can compare them.

Yep, I agree totally. Part of the enjoyment in it, too (imo), is recognizing that and appreciating each makers' work for what it is.

Steve, that's an awesome floating box style cue......it's all Bill for sure !!

I love this cue but question Steve?

God please don't take this wrong but Several are wondering!?inquiring minds wanna know for a cue of this caliber and hall of famer,,in the close up pic why do the inlays looks so ruff??

Can you explain ?
