I have no interest in entertaining your twisted way of thinking Dave. It shouldn't take someone else to prove you wrong before you step up and do the right thing but I'm sure that will get twisted somehow also...

I can assure you this, if you stolen my money, like you did to these other guys, your local authorities would have already paid you a visit...

Next time maybe you'll do some research before you open your trap.

Trust me. I have communications from every transaction very well documented. I can show 6 times now where I asked rogwin for his addres to either send him a cue or send him a refund. I have pages and pages saved. Even in threads that have been deleted. I am a very very meticulous record keeper. And I have screenshots. Not just saves text that can be altered. I have it for both my computer and on my iPhone.

How have I stolen anything from roger when I specifically asked 6 times now for an address over almost 5 months of time to get him his cue or a refund?

Can you at least answer that question or are your feelings that hurt.
 
All business aside, at least the wanted and for sale posteers will not have to sweat threads like this in the near future.

Fact is not one person has commented about the number of times I tried to contact him with no response.

Guess no one can bc they know I am right. If he contacted me 6 times to get his cue there would be a nasty thread started... Oh wait.

Like many other's on here, I got no dog in the hunt so if what you are saying is true then thats another side to the story. If you did indeed try and contact him but to no avail then there is not much you can do.

The above quoted post's seem to be an easy solution to the problem and everyone can go about their own business. This thread has only been on here a short while but it looks like its destined to be another "big change in the wanted/ for sale section" type of deal where everyone has to put their $.2 in, which will only casue legitiment threads to be pushed further and further down. Maybe after the first of the year the mod's can start a complaint/complement forum where people can vent or praise their transactions.....it's actually not a bad idea and keeps the rest of the forum free from clutter.

I love forums during the holiday season lol. This should be between Dave and the immediate parties involved and that's it. I understand people want to voice their opinions but usually that's how things get out of hand. But what do I know, in 5-6 hours this thread will be 20 pages long.
 
I'm sorry, but the positive iTrader (Dave's most recent) from Dave's "wife's" account is really the funniest thing that has happened in this sad little saga.

Daves' "wife" posts "3 way trade and the deal was as smooth as possible. on time and as described " taking his iTrader rating out of the 80 percentile range into the 90s. Maybe seeing it was Dave's "wife" he didn't have to ship "her" the item and therefore UPS didn't have a chance to screw this one up for Dave.

Great stuff, and I'm sure there's a perfectly reasonable explanation for this that Dave can call me an idiot for not seeing in the first place, but gosh it really looks like Dave has at least 2 screen names here on AZ and is manipulating the iTrader system. Even manipulated, the best he can do is 91%. Yikes.

It was actually a 4 person cue deal. It was actually very complicated. Much more then an eBay auction ending and just sending it to the highest bidder.

Thank god I was able to manipulate my itrader with one positive transaction. Lmao.

I probably wouldn't have been able to sell the cue I sold tonight without it.

Which part fran?? Where Kevin Valle himself stupid or where I did for him not being able to do simple math. Where I made fun of him for peddling every cue on eBay and only signing on azb to cause trouble.

You guys think that the same 5-6 guys bashing me in every thread will affect me and you are sadly mistaken. Still sold a cue tonight. Maybe I will have rigged that transaction also. You guys are just reaching.

You should really see my greenies from all the top azers showing me support and calling you guys idiots.

They all see the same few guys causing the same trouble all the time.

As for the Paypal...I'd love to hear a reasonable explaination. What do you have to fear if you're on the up and up?

I know for a fact how easy it is to set up Paypal and use.
Tell us why, in the name of satisfying a customer who has been long abused...you cannot make this much effort.
