Here is a cue that I purchased from a bad situation. It looks and plays as good as any Sugartree I have ever owned. My wife loves purpleheart so I bought it for her.

I wish I could have jumped on that situation. I really like those one-piece Sugartrees. Very nice.

I love this thread because it's proof that the words "a bad situation" and "Ross" are interchangeable.

It wasn't meant to be mean spirited. I just didn't feel like going into great detail. Ross knows how I feel about that $hitty situation.


On the other hand, I got a kick-a$$ cue for my wife... Woo-Hoo!

Oh I know it wasn't mean as a knock towards Ross. I just love busting Ross' balls.

And yeah. You DID get a kick a$$ cue out of it. I tried to acquire this badboy myself but alas, it was not to be.

I love that cue. I almost bought it for my daughter, but since the time had already been that long, I wasn't sure when I would get it. I am very happy it went to a great owner, and I am glad your wife likes it. As always, your taste is impeccable, sir. But, your still a cue hog!!;)
