I officially started my collection today with a beautiful Paul Mottey player...

I'm going to need all the help I can get!!!

In no certain order here are a few things that are important to me @ this point in my collection...

1--Cue Makers that have passed
2--HOF Cue Makers
3--Retired Cue Makers
4--Make less than 50 cues a year

So now that ya'll know the direction I'm going in, here's the easy part... WHAT SHOULD I BUY NEXT!!! :speechless::banghead:

I'm already looking for my second cue with a budget of $1-$7,500...

Who are some of the TOP-TIER cue makers that fit some or all of what I've listed above...

THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY AND ALL HELP...

it looks like you were looking for a haley.....hit up lawman88 his is a monster at a steal of a price...he fits most of your requirements...

i would start w/ Gus Szamboti, Barry, Searing, Showman, Gina, Tascarella, Tad, Schick. there's more, but that should keep you busy for a few weeks. don

Considering Bob Runde helped McDermott startup( the MR line stands for McDermott/Runde), founded Schon and only makes a few cues a year, around 30, you might consider him on your list.

my compliments to arkansas
i hope you find what you are looking for

Get a Gus, its hard to go wrong with that. its impossible come to think of it.

Lotta cues.. look at em all and buy what you like. Your criteria seems very solid so you should have no trouble filling your wish list. Deceased HOF cuemakers are always a good choice.

For any cue, try to get some with a little work in them at least. Basic 4 pointers are good, but a few notched diamonds, or ivory spears won't hurt.

I would look for a Tascarella, Tad, Gina, Szamboti (G or B), Balabushka, Scruggs in no particular order

you can find all you need right at my show in two weeks,,,hope you can make it,if you need my help feel free to call ,my # 267-257-8323 ,,if you cant find it here you cant find it anywhere,,

my suggestion is to please refrain from stating opinions on other peoples cues

if you want it ,buy it
if you feel its not priced right,it's poor form to publicly harm another man's
sale

in fact i believe it is an offense against the rules of az
and should be

when it comes to knocking sales,i recommend removing your opinion
and avoiding the practice in the future

welcome to the forum
dean

It is not an offense as long as it is NOT in the for sale thread. Anyone can talk/discuss price anywhere other than the wanted/for sale section.

Lots of good suggestions here, for sure. If you can make it to Little Kenny's show you will be able to find LOTS of choices.

Good luck in your search cuz that is what is most fun - the search!

i ate my words
but
the advice was taken in a kind way

my hat is off to arkansas

The edit tool is the very best on this site. You write what you truly feel, then regret takes over.

Now let's see if Mickey edits his post.

<~~~~~~~never edits (for content) anything he writes
