another armed robbery home invasion...AZB's Billiardchick

I've seen everything drug wise but bath salts is the scariest, sickest, most f'ed up thing I have ever seen or heard about! Watch the bath salts episode of "Intervention". It takes people so far to the "other side" that you may very well not come back, ever. Best part is you can buy it in convenience stores and smoke shops. Nice...

I just watched a 5 minute clip. It looks pretty outrageous.

Bath Salts? All I can ask is who would of thought of this?

I have put this thread viral and if nothing else maybe someone will see it and be able to identify the people behind this and bring them to justice! Can i say again bath salts? REALLY?

Thank you guys so much. I really appreciate all the thoughts and prayers and messages. There still are good people in the world. We just need to look out for each other and try to do what we can to keep the scum off the streets. I was very surprised too to open my email today and see the kind donation from Thommy. Thank you so much.
Just to let everyone know, it has been two weeks since the attack, and I am healing very well and doing so much better. I also just got my stitches out today, and it looks like those are going to heal up nicely too. Thank you guys, and PLEASE take care of each other. Something like this really makes you realize what is important in life, and it's the people we care about that make life worth living. Thank you, thank you, thank you to all my friends and family who have been there to take care of me after I got out of the hospital and couldn't care for myself. It all means so much to me.

Good to hear from you! Take care and know that our thoughts are with you.

I too am very sorry to hear this.

Just an FYI BilliardChick, in event you don't know... The medical industry can be navigated to DRASTICALLY reduce billings for people without insurance and/or a huge bank roll. You may be in position to work it down below 50%.

Keep the faith and thanks for posting and keeping us apprised.

What a spirit!

I only know you from the site, but you are always a positive lady promoting your boyfriend and pool. No one deserves what happened to you and we can only pray for swift justice to those who did this to you. Sadly for them, they will more than likely meet their fate on the business end of hollow point, but you will heal and with the help of god, friends and family (including your azbilliards family) will go on to be bigger, better and stronger because of it. They cant break that spirit you seem to have. Blessing on a speedy recovery.

Amanda:

Just a thought---

If the guys entered your house and said "Where's the money" --- it really made me wonder. Most people don't keep tons of money in their house (enough to justify a random break-in). It almost sounds as if they knew you had money in the house. Being that you're in a relationship with an action player who likely caries money on his person or in his house -- it makes me think someone sent them in.

It wouldn't surprise me if (when they catch them) they're somehow connected to someone he played or someone from the pool rooms.

I agree with Dave. This smells of an inside job.

A guy that worked for me got pistol whipped by three black guys demanding "the weed"

Many other guys with "green cards" suffered the same until they finally got caught.

He figured they got the info off a petition to legalize marijuana.

There's even been cases of cops WITH a warrant going into the wrong house and beating up the innocent residents so at this point who knows but if JH just made a nice score, that is probably your answer imho.

Thats a little fishy to me. Another reason why I wouldn't date a pool player.

BilliardChick, I'm wishing and praying for you for a speedy recovery both physically and mentally. My heart goes out to you, as I can only imagine what you must be going through and how tough it is to even TRY and fall asleep at night because of what happened. :(

Also, I agree with KootKat above - if you write letters to the hospital about your financial situation, they try to work with you. I saved my Mom from a $94,000 hospital bill 5 years ago because I kept writing to them about her situation.

God Bless, young lady.
