Sharks episode 10

Episode Ten

Good Job, Jim. Excellent emotional closing scene. That builds an intense "cliffhanger" type scene that leaves the audience in suspense. My only critique is the detectives emotional scene with Jennifer after she told him to go to hell was a bit long. Perhaps going to a quick cutaway as Jennifer walked off defiantly. Giving more umph to her newfound mistrust of her lover.

Keep Up the Good Work.

Thanks very much. I appreciate the comment. Sometimes when you're in it so much, you can't see the forest from the trees. Although, there are some technical and time problems that keep me from doing some of the things that I would like to do.

Thanks cajunfats,
Jim

Thank You everyone for the nice words. This project has been a lot of fun and a learning experience for all of us. Kudos to Jim and Jennifer for their hard work. They have done a wonderful job.

It has been very difficult for all of us to find the time to meet and film, since everyone has a busy schedule with work, family and of course POOL TOURNAMENTS(priority :) )

Looking forward to future episodes :grin-square:

Thanks to the people who are watching! It's nice to know that the time we are putting into it isn't going to waste, and it's always nice to hear positive feedback, and/or constructive criticism.

Hope you guys enjoy the future episodes!

Uhh,how about a plug for me??

Keep it coming - I love Jenns character. Wish the series would make it to NBC!!!
Chris, I know you are a fan,as i am of Sharks. However, you could have put in a plug for your old buddy and see if Jim would cast me in a role in the series!?!

I could play either of the Ladies Dad/Pool Mentor or even be relegated to an old Pool Hall Bum!! I thought you had my Back, Brotha!!! LOL!!

just for that, I'm posting my Hollywood headshot!!!

Definitely a great thing for pool. Jennifer and Borana, you are absolutely amazing on screen. Keep up the good work.

40% of the program being last episode's scenes and long opening credits seems odd though.

I agree!

I look forward to the next episode.

CSI is proud to help sponsor this . . . . .

And it is getting better and better - BUT I am not sure how you expect to finish this up without the assistance of Carl Semmes!!! (aka Cajunfats)

Mark Griffin

That Mark Griffin Knows Talent!!!

I agree!

OK, are you just joking or are you an actor and are you near New York? I definitely have a part for you if it would work out.

Ok, I'm so excited about Sharks, I feel a multi-quote is in order.

Episode 10 in the Sharks series is out.

Thank you in advance for watching.

Jim

Jim and crew...Wonderful thing you are doing here. This type of missionary work is exactly what modern pool needs to create the positive ground swell necessary to get out of the ditch and back to that magical place that it once was. If Sharks gets enough viewership it could very well lead to a pilot. If the pilot gets picked up cue sports would rule again like it once did.

And what better setting could you pick other than one of the worlds most renowned rooms? It gives the viewers a peak into not just a pool table but a uniquely lavish space with a intriguing way of life. Once the viewer watches Sharks the zesty vibe will break down the seedy underground myths of pool.

Borana

Thanks B. I'd like to see your character do some evil dastardly shit. Steal some money fromn the cash register, rip someones liver out, bust someone, or brutalize someone in a challege match:woot:

JBar. You are doing a great job and so is the entire cast and crew. And you have a natural talent for acting. Plus, film works pretty good on you as well. :lovies:

What about a sex scene? Every movie has a sex scene why the hell do we not have a sex scene? I want to see Kelsey get pissed in bed and hit her lover for not being rough enough. That kind of stuff happens you know.

I liked the car ride in the beginning...

That's funny..I kind of wondered the "why" of that, since we know
the pool hall setting is Amsterdam billiards.

Otherwise, the plot thickens...much like the cowboy serials at long ago movie theatre Saturday matinee shows. They'd keep you hanging, so you'd hit mom up for the loot to go next saturday. Anybody else here old enough to remember Saturday matinee shows? For sure Borana and Jennifer aren't.

Very enjoyable...staying tuned!

I have to say it again. Jennifer's acting has come a long way since episode one. She is the one natural in the series.

The ending of 10 was a real cliff hanger. Keep em coming, some of us are hooked.
