Not logical. That would only make sense if the deflection from cue Y was somehow attributed to cue X, i.e., it doesn't make any sense as an explanation.
It said, "less delection (sic)", not "reduction in deflection" and even if it did it would be 150% more reduction, not less.
I love my pre-dot as it outshoots my red and black dot shafts. I'm just not buying into Meucci's hype anymore after wasting $$$ on a black dot.

friend of mine in SD has the same model meucci original that you have in your avatar. a friend of his said his dad found it in the garage and knew he liked playing pool so he just gave it to him!!! the cue's hot bro!!! always wanted one ever since i got to try his out. you're a lucky man.
and you're 100% right about the black dot shaft. i liked the red dot for a while but that was then and this is now. they're both too flexy for me

yeah and keth mccready can play real strong too. stranger things have happened but most people cant play with a shaft that buckles every time you shoot
Thanks. Mine was refinished my Proficient Billiards and it looks unreal. I actually had it as a backup but gave it to my Father because I was promised a custom cue by 6/1 but of course that fell through but I'm letting him keep that cue (I wished it was the OL-1 but it's still pre-dot and is better)

Power I have the original with 3 shaft never been chalked and a single hard case that holds it all! I love this classy cue!!! typo I said 4 but meant 3 shafts!

yeah even with all the extra deflection those shafts are going to be more consistent shot to shot because they don't buckle a different amount depending on how hard you shoot.
i mean sure they give a little but the meucci shafts give so much that every time you hit a ball firm its going to give so much more that you've got to account for that too. those noodle shafts are too inconsistent
