Boy oh Boy can this young girl play,i watched her the other nite playing back pocket 9ball,on that philly stream, dam does she ever miss,i also heard before she just played in the world 14.1 tournament, that this girl has a high run of almost 200(i forget the exact amount)plus she performed dam good in that world tournament, iam thinking Pams high run in 14.1 is the highest ever for a women,if someone would be kind enough to set me straight on the actual number of balls that Pam has run in 14.1,i know its not 200 but not to far from it,and finally what is this girl waiting for,she can play with the best of the best women out there now!

Pam is a really straight shooter with tons of ability. Pretty sure she's never run 100 playin' 14.1. I could be wrong, though...

She's been a terror for 10 years plus... under her maiden name Treadway. None of the girls want much to do with her on the table... She has a family now, and hasn't really competed much in the past 5 years like she used to before that. She likes to bet, and has no fear...

In her first WPBA event at 18/19 or so she won two matches on the winners side and then battled and lost to Jeanette. She has gotten 2 5ths in the Womens US Open. In her first appearance on TV-she broke got wrong on almost every ball, made tough shot after tough shot and ran out!! From what i have seen, she is shooting A LOT better now. Pam is no joke. She just low for a while.

I've always liked her style. There have been a lot of guys that made a big mistake by whoofing her. I don't think I ever saw her or heard of her choking. There is nothing like seeing some loud mouth woofing punk get taking to the cleaners by a woman playing pool. After they get beat if they dropped thier pants it would look like they just got out of a very cold swiming pool. Johnnyt

I could be wrong but I thought recently I read her high run is 141 & yes she certainly can play with the best of them IMHO

That would be surprising -though she won 3 matches at The Dragon Tournament, she seemed to struggle to get a decent break shot when i watched her.

Pam can play, I gambled with her a few years ago cheap 14.1 while she was pregnant. I knew I couldn't beat her boyfriend at the time (very strong east coast player) plaing 14.1 so I played her very short games (to 50) she won two I won one and after she beat me the last game she asked if she could quit of course it was very cheap and she was very pregnant I do remember he running 30 something and out the one game though. Nice girl hope her and her family is doing well.

You are welcome John,Pam can really play,as you will see for yourself, i hope you enjoy it, as i did!

I saw her play Allen Hopkins, during the match Allen was trying to help her with her shots to which see replied, " I would rather you didnt help me". :) From that point on Allen kept his thoughts to himself. Pretty strong lady.

In 2003, I took two 17 year olds out to Ann Arbor to compete in the Junior Nationals. The event was held in the Michigan Union, on campus at the University of Michigan. Both kids were capable shooters.

Looking for a place to pratice one night, we were steered to a little poolroom in some little town, about 45 minutes from Ann Arbor. Once we found the off the beaten trail town and located the inconspicuous establishment, my boys entered the place like a couple of Banty Roosters. The room had a single row of mixed brand tables and a back room with a couple more. Just a small Mom and Pop type place.

Disappointment set in as there was no one there. After a minute or two, a small, fair skinned girl, with a dry disposition, greeted us and we rented a couple tables from her. She must have been all of 14 or 15 years old.

We started banging balls around when, after a bit, she asked if we were looking for some action. I responded with a, "With who?" as I saw no potential customers. She stated that her boyfriend was upstairs watching TV and he would probably oblige us with a game. My boys were obviously drooling at the chance of getting their feet wet. When the boyfriend appeared, it was none other than another junior beast of a player, from Delaware, that I knew quite well. He and I exchanged pleasantries, chatted a bit, then he went back upstairs to the TV.

But, the girl, very stoically asked my boys if they wanted to play her. Alex jumped to the front and was eager to show his stuff. Playing short races for a double saw-buck, Alex was schooled and after three sets, pulled up.

That was our introduction to Pam Treadway.

From that God forsaken little village in Central Michigan, to the big poolrooms of New York and Philadelphia, this little sweetheart has come a long way.

I, also, hear that her poolroom is a good spot to play.

Let me guess, the guy you knew from Delaware was none other than Josh Brothers?

Were Josh and Pam in MI, in '03? I can't remember if they were there yet, but it's possible. They were both adults during their MI stint. I know Josh didn't stay there long. Things went south between him and Pam, not too long after the move.

Josh is a straight up guy. As far as poolplayers go, he is one of the good guys. Plays not too bad also
