I am tired of you jumping onto my posts. I do not do this to you.

The issue you keep bringing up has been brought to the attention of the Deputy in Registration on the AZ site. He is also aware of the fact that you have been posting over my listings and throwing in 'digs' as to the dvds. This case will be closed in the future, so I suggest that you stop interferring with peoples posts, or you might find others doing it to you. I have let you get away with this about 8 to 10 times without me making any comments to you. but, that is now over.

I have passed these statements onto the AZ commitee and the overseers of the AZ Posts, I believe "MIKE" is one of the guys names.

So, If you have any issues, why dont you bring them up with the Deputies or Oversseers on the AZBilliards site. If there is something, that has been wrong, then I would expect to be banned, or suspended, which neither has ever happened to me.

So with that said, I will let you know that you have been warned and explained to you in a very polite way, without any personal 'digs' or 'snyde' remarks or statements.

Finally, also, do not make comments on where other products that are some other place listed for a lesser amount, might be available, this is a violation of the AZBilliards posting rules and regulations. Once again, I have not jumped on you for doing this before, but, once again you have been warned and made aware that this is a violation and maybe you should read the regulations that pertain to these subjects.

Curious if the issue has been resolved with pumpkin? You stated the dvd's were packed and ready to ship. That pictures would be posted. Then nothing.

One of the great things about AZ is the community and how we all look out for one another. Some people obviously just use it to make money and take advantage of said community. They hide behind the rules and don't let morals dictate their actions. It seems prior actions are weighing heavily on you now. Good reputations are hard to make, but easily destroyed when circles of lies are out for the public to read. Make things right and salvage what reputation you may have left. Most people here associate you with asking for donations for yourself and boys club, then turning around and buying cues as you cry poor. They recall you littering entire pages with sale threads 2-3 times a day without consideeation to everyone elses threads you were bumping to page 35. We all have seen you buy cases for $45 on ebay then claim it's so rare and mark it up to $185 here. And lastly we have all seen your frivolous attempts to keep merchandise, dvd's that aren't yours.

Maybe the reputation of acedonkey is unsalvagable?

acedonkey it seems not only you, but also the people you do business with have questionable business practice... I say this because the prices you claim to have been quoted, are WELL below MSRP. Even much lower than dealer allowable discount...

You should try to fix one sh*tty transaction before starting another...My 2 cents...

Some green sent your way Deputy Dog. This couldn't have been said any better. Those of us who spend time regularly on this site know how the Donkey operates. It's the infrequent members who need to be made aware of the not so pleasant dealings with certain members/Donkeys.

Pumpkin I understand your upset, but just go bump your thread bashing his wanted/sale section is not the way to do it, and it will only get you banned. Im honestly sick of seeing you two bicker and the snyde remarks were funny but beating a dead horse will get you no where.... Again Im sorry about your DVDs but still...

Just what I was thinking. Making a bad situation worse wont fix it. It sucks for pumpkinhead but this won't get his DVDs back.

interaction with him,

I have contacted Mike at the AZbilliards Headquarters and given him a complete explaination of this facts and I am waiting for him to come up with a viable solution. I also, sent him a personal e-mail and am waiting for a response to this.

Pumkinhead, has bad mouthed, made multiple name calling and negative references to me, and now he is jumping onto my postings, which is a direct violation of AZ policy.

I have never bad-mouthed, 'Pumkinhead', as I had stated, the DVDs are still in the original box, they have never been watched or copied, other than to check as to what type of content they had, in response to the violations, of Federal and Copyright rules and regulations. I will not put these in the mail, or put myself at any exposure, to any bad retributions.

I am waiting on Mike to contact me and whatever he comes up with as to a solution to this matter, I will follow and expect others, that look at my history to take into account what my I-Trader history shows.

That is it and Please Stop, jumping into my listings, this is not your right and is a violation of AZ billiards rules and regulations.

Mike,

I usually don't comment on these types of threads, but you should have refused delivery.

Since they were delivered, you should have returned the unopened box with the contents, and none of this would have occurred.

Just so it is clear, When I received the dvds, they were

going to be donated to the Boys and Girls Club that I volunteer at. We had built a media center in the Club and we even built an area just for Pool related Books, DVDs and VHS tapes.

Anyway, when I got the DVDs' and then opened the DVD box and played one of the DVDs it was at that time that it was apparent to me that these DVDs contained copies of Matches and other Pool related Matches that were copyrighted and had been Copied and were not Public Domain type matches.

So, it was after this, and when I was informed by my friend that is a lawyer and another friend who is the Postmaster General, that I was made aware of the penalties that I could be charged with by shipping these Pirated/ Bootlegged DVDs.

Trust me, now I wont ever deal with any DVDs that arent in the original Boxes.

But, now I am working with another AZBilliards member who is aware of the situation who is willing to act as an escrow service and I am paying him plus double shipping to be a middle man, he will inventory and video-tape the contents of the Box and then he will forward the Contents of the DVDS in the box to, 'Pumpkinhead' and he is using United Parcel Service which is privately owned so I will not be violating or anyone will not be violating any federal mailing laws.

And, from there I hope this will end this craziness, FOREVER!!!

I hope this closes this issue and I never have to deal with something like this again. I have spent many hours and after all is said and done will have to spend a decent amount of money to close out this situation.

So, all I can say, is If I was trying to defraud or steal this persons DVDs why would I go to all this trouble to get them back to him and incur all these expenses. Its a rhetorical statement, but all I can say, is when, "Pumkinhead" gets the DVDs back, he wont be able to claim that he didnt get them, or that they arent the DVDs or that they were sold to someone else.!!!!
