WANTED: Does anyone have a Pro-Shop, NEED TO STOCK Q-CLAWS!!!

But, now I am working with another AZBilliards member who is aware of the situation who is willing to act as an escrow service and I am paying him plus double shipping to be a middle man, he will inventory and video-tape the contents of the Box and then he will forward the Contents of the DVDS in the box to, 'Pumpkinhead' and he is using United Parcel Service which is privately owned so I will not be violating or anyone will not be violating any federal mailing laws.And, from there I hope this will end this craziness, FOREVER!!!

I hope this closes this issue and I never have to deal with something like this again. I have spent many hours and after all is said and done will have to spend a decent amount of money to close out this situation.

So, all I can say, is If I was trying to defraud or steal this persons DVDs why would I go to all this trouble to get them back to him and incur all these expenses. Its a rhetorical statement, but all I can say, is when, "Pumkinhead" gets the DVDs back, he wont be able to claim that he didnt get them, or that they arent the DVDs or that they were sold to someone else.!!!!

Just to let you know, I work at UPS and we are not a privately owned company. Our stock is traded on the Dow Jones which makes us a "Publically Owned Company" Which means we have to follow all laws as does the Postal Service. Also just a little tidbit, you can own a "copy of a movie as long as you own the original aswell. It would be really hard for any company to prove that you dont own the original. I am not saying to go out and sell copies of movies. I am just saying if while I was working and a box broke open and copied dvds fell out, I am going to put them back and and retape the box. Nuff Said.

So you are saying that it is OK to ship illegally copied items using a privately own company, I have to ask did the Postmaster General tell you that!!!!!!???:confused:

TIRED of talking and dealing with this issue,

I was told it is a Federal Offense to do this via the United States Postal Service, and it has Federal Ramifications to this.

But, thru a NON-Federal agency this is not a chargeable offense,

But, I have offered to have the DVDs' shredded and sent to the original sender and 10 other ways to try to solve this problem.

I opened this up to all the Azer's to give me a resolution to this,

I even contacted the Forum Moderators, in fact two of them on AZ, asking for their opinions and way to solve this,

The way I am doing it is the best way to end this,

It comes down to, it doesnt matter what I do, I have already had a negative I-Trader placed against me, I did not do the same to the sender, even though I was told by the moderator that I should, I have put up with numerous personal insults and attacks from the sender, as well as all the attacks from many AZ'ers about this situation.

So, I have come to the realization that you can't please everyone, and I am going to do what I am going to do, and live with it.

So, GOOD LUCK to Me, I wish the best of health to me, and it is not worth all this heartache and investment of time, money stress and so on. . . .. and soo on and soooo on and so on and so on

So, with this said,

THIS CASE IS CLOSED. . . . . . . .

Mike please answer my question, you said above that the Postmaster General is your friend, are you talking about the Postmaster General of the United States?

If so what advise did he give?
 
Once again, As I have stated before, I will not have any communication with

'Pumkinhead' because as you can see by this last statement and many before this, he doesnt care what situation might be going on, he constantly calls people names, makes unfounded accusations, and I am not going to communicate with someone like this. He can see what has happened all along, I did use to let the sender know what had happened and what was going on until he started making accusations and calling me a thief, a scammer, a douche, the names go on and on,

I have never attacked the sender personally but he has no problem in doing this himself.

So, with that said, he can follow my posts as to what is going on, and he will just have to wait until the DVDs arrive, since he has already made all these accusations and has already posted a negative I-Trader against my account.

So, now he has to wait until I feel comfortable in getting the DVDs back to him, which I have explained in my posts.

Case closed.
