First, Congratulations to John Schmidt on win!!!

I went to this event expecting too see some good straight pool (something that I never play but do have an appreciation for) and a couple pros in town. When I got there I was amazed to see all the pros that were there, including World Champions. Amazing.

I was only there Saturday for a few hours but I was able to get a few pics. Hope everyone likes them.

No, still have a few high end customs and my first 42... sold most of the others though. Still flip it on occasion... but it's rare...

As far as I know he is still sponsored with OB, but the cue and shaft dont match anything on their site. Could be prototypes...

That cue Brandon has is sweet too. I saw him touch one of thos recut points once an he got blood on the table (coz they's sharp!). Ebony is a very hard wood, ya know...Kent Davis, btw.

John is playing some great pool right now, straight pool especially. I watched the semi against Archer and Johnny never really got a chance to do more than play a couple safes and take a scratch.
