Nuh uh FreeShot... As the story goes some 856 pages ago - Some guy dropped the cues, Derek picked them up and was unjustly arrested. And he was cleared.

Just ask him. Oh, that's right - you can't because he was banned for threatening people here and displaying even more great quality traits beyond being a brazen thief. Great defense mechanism at work.

How'd that work for you Derek?

Just my humble opinion, but based on what I just watched in that video link, I don't think any additional videos are even necessary for the purposes of this thread / discussion and you shouldn't have to devote more of your precious time to it...

However, there may be some other advantage to posting more videos that I am unaware of and I could just be wrong. In my eyes, what I witnessed was clear enough to prove the point.

I've have theft committed against me once. Dropped my Chase credit card at a gas station. Someone picked it up and went on a shopping spree at the mall. One store (Dilliards) had video and they showed me. The video not only showed the face of the thief but also the shoes, shirts, pants, etc he bought. He spent like $800 before I realized the next day my card was missing.

Come to find out the owner of the gas station was the thief. I went by the store and saw the guy wearing all new clothes that was the exact clothes I saw on video. I was so pissed but I kept my cool.

Called the Sheriff's Dept and they were too busy to do anything about it. They said there wasn't enough evidence.

Good thing about Chase is fraud protection and they promptly refunded the money. They didn't seem very interested in pressing the issue either.

I went back and started some shit with the store owner with a store full of customers. He pushed the button and the cops showed up and threatened to arrest me if I didn't leave.

Yep too many criminals to handle. I remember omgwtf got groped by a serial groper. She chased him down and kicked his ass. She pressed charges and the prosecutor explained they didn't have room for him in jail.

This country is going to have to rely on humiliating criminals on Facebook or pool forums instead. Good thing that punishment is worse than jail time.

I've had several employee's to steal out of the register right in front of a camera. I had a employee on her first day by herself running the register to use a adding machine for half the day and going right in her pocket. This after I showed her how good the camera system is. The investigators got a real chuckle out of the tape.

Nice way to pick and choose sentences out of the post to try to twist the truth. I also stated in the previous sentence that I did a lengthy search of the internet and I stated "IT SEEMS"!!!! that he had no priors...which by the way turned out to be true. I did what info gathering I could with no access to background checks.(It would be immoral and truthfully I couldn't do it if I wanted to). I would consider an expert to be a lawyer...A former public defender like uwate would be an expert. I am not a lawyer and therefore would not be considered an expert. That does not mean I don't have a good working knowledge and the experience to weigh in and give my opinion which by the way turned out to be 100% correct. So expert no.....somewhat knowledgeable yes. You don't have a leg to stand on and are just pissed off your wrong. Drop it man, for the love of god drop it. And hopefully derrick will never forget this.....maybe use this to rebuild his life and begin to follow some of the teachings he professes to know and follow. But after this he may end up back in court for a worse crime next time.

I visited Mikes booth at the DCC this year (very nice i might add)and the cameras, signs and video screen showing you on it are very obvious and even over the top obvious. Obviously designed like that to discourage even the most brazen idiots...
I don't know if anybody noticed, but the new user from the guys church thanked Mike for the video..

Fantastic, my biggest concern was that sweet Christian families would find their ipods and xbox games missing when they hosted Bible studies.

Michael...Thanks for posting that link. It is irrefutable proof that Derek Savoie is a POS THIEF! He looks way too casual to not have done this before. He has the look of a "practiced" thief. The look of shock on your face was great...like "WTF! Did you SEE what that guy did?"...and then go right after him. He must have been mighty surprised to have you come up to him. Great job catching this turd.

I don't know if it would help, but you should print out this thread and hilight his replies. I think the prosecutor would like to see just how remorseful this guy is, and how getting caught is affecting him. :rolleyes:
