Maybe I took my pool ball washer TOO far!!

Alright, so I'm still moving forward in this project. I took a few pics of the carpet that I put in to help with the cleaning process. I was having a few problems with pattern cleaning and have seemed to resolve the problem with the type of carpet I used. I'm able to get rotation by having a hard carpet line that's raised then lowered giving the ball grip, then no grip. I think I can get it better so I'm going to try another way to cut pattern out of the carpet I chose. The pieces of carpet are removable for easy replacement.

Also for anyone who actually care!!! Here's a bit of the technical side of things. My program consists of 26 rungs of code including obviously a couple timers, and some registries for changing OIU screens and a few more registries allowing me to adjust time from my OIU.

I also took a screen shot of the program that I did my OIU programming. I have 5 different screens programmed currently but I believe I'm going to add 2 more once I get this closer to completion.

Yup, looks like the programming is the easiest part :D
I may be wrong, but doesn't the diamond polisher have the bottom spinning eccentrically to help avoid pattern cleaning?
That is a fantastic cleaner that would look great in my basement for sure!!

Yes it does. I talked to Realkingcobra about the problem I had. He has some great ideas for me but would have required some relatively large modifications which I still may design and build also but I'm working with what I have right now. I'm pretty sure ill get this one working just fine the way it is. (But I may have another thread starting with a new washer eventually):grin-square:

When that one gets replaced, let me have a chance to steal it!!
