Who is Pool cue Maker of this stick?

Can anyone tell me the maker of this pool cue? it has a circle within a circle center circle is red and initials appear to be ( w b )
 
had to adjust size

That is not a Bludworth cue. Not sure what it is. But that is not the Bludworth red dot that is used. Sorry couldnt be more help.

Couldn't tell you the maker though, it's a common layout.

Was told today that the stick is possibly made in the phillipines, and the logo could be ( q m ) depends on how you look at it upside down or right side up
